Encounters with Canada
EWC is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for Canadian teens to meet young people from across
the country and spend a week in our nation’s capital. They will take part in exciting adventures,
explore future career options, learn more about our country– all through exclusive hands-on
workshops, presentations and excursions. This type of trip could cost over $2000 but thanks to
the AB and Federal subsidies, the cost is only $500 (air, accommodation and meals included).
ABJ has sent at least 10 students every year and we encourage all 14-17 year olds to consider
this amazing experience.
Additionnally, EWC is offering a special deal to students who register early for the following
1. Ecology and Environment , Sept. 21-27 a $100.00 reduction (i.e. $400.00 total cost.)
2. International Affairs, Oct. 5-11 a $75.00 reduction (i.e. $425.00 total cost.)
For more information and an access code, please see Mme Rocque-Ross in room 218.
